NISC 24 hr challenge : an annual event
The NISC 24 hr Challenge is an annual Charity fundraising event that involves the whole school community and, increasingly, the wider community in Phnom Penh. Over the past 3 years it has raised thousands of dollars for Charities in Cambodia and Africa. It brings the school community together in collaborative endeavor attempting to make a difference. It also provides opportunities for local NGOs and local corporations to raise their profile in the community, to engage in team building and generally have a great time whilst raising money for a good cause close to their heart! We encourage businesses in Phnom Penh to send in teams to join us from 12pm - midnight, as part of our 24 hr challenge.
Students, staff and family members of the NISC community will be invited to run in a relay for the whole of the 24 hours.
In March 2013 as well the running, there was a 24 hr arts instillation, a readathon and 'live lounge' for those who wish to express their creative and intellectual side!
